In order to take advantage of our “Half off first month” move in promotion, said tenant(s) understands and agrees to occupy said studio for a minimum of three (3) FULL months. The first month’s rent shall be half of the agreed full rental amount stated on the lease. Every month thereafter shall revert to the full rental amount. If said tenant(s) vacates said studio before the agreed three (3) month period, said tenant(s) shall forfeit his or her FULL security deposit
